Jorge Allende

Jorge Allende is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A practices. Currently serving as a member of the CMS Corporate/M&A Management Committee since January 2020 and as a partner at CMS Carey & Allende since September 2011, Jorge is also an advisor at broota.com since April 2013. Previous roles include associate positions at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Barros & Errázuriz Abogados from 2006 to 2011. In terms of education, Jorge holds an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University, a degree in Law from Universidad de Chile, and completed an Entrepreneurship program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
