Leah Horn

Leah Horn is a Construction Litigation solicitor with extensive experience in handling large electronic disclosure exercises, witness and expert witness statements, international arbitration, and TCC disputes. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at CMS since July 2019, Leah also holds an Associate position at CMS UK since May 2017 and previously worked as an Associate at Nabarro LLP from August 2011 to May 2017. Notable areas of expertise include construction, commercial property, energy, wind and offshore, and complex project disputes. Leah's training included seats in various fields such as Projects (Climate and Energy Change), Construction Litigation, and Commercial Property, with a notable secondment to Serco Limited focused on commercial contract review and risk management.
