Cody Barnes

Cody Barnes is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at CMSPI since July 2022. Prior to this role, Cody held the position of Director of Solutions Engineering at Angel Oak Companies from 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included defining, leading, and enhancing digital capabilities in the U.S. while supporting global expansion across multiple companies in lending, asset management, and capital markets. Earlier in the career, Cody served as Network Operations Manager and held various technical roles at Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC, Progress Rail Services Corporation, and Southeast Mortgage, demonstrating a strong background in system architecture, integration, security, and IT operations. Cody earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Shorter University in 2011.
