Dan Holmes is an experienced construction and project manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager and Scoping Specialist at CMS Wireless for Verizon projects, Dan's responsibilities include reviewing site acquisition documents, writing scopes of work, procuring quotes and materials, and managing access with landlords. Prior to this, Dan held various roles including Crew Lead at SAC Wireless where oversight of Verizon Small Cell and T-Mobile projects occurred, and Project Manager at WiseConnect Inc. managing Sprint and T-Mobile projects. Dan's expertise encompasses all phases of construction management, including site oversight, quality control, logistics, and safety compliance, with a demonstrated history of effective vendor and contractor collaboration across multiple companies, including Velex and MasTec Network Solutions. Dan began in the industry as a tower hand at WesTower Communications Ltd., progressing to a foreman and gaining extensive hands-on experience in building and reinforcing telecommunication structures.
