António Rocha Pinto

António Rocha Pinto has extensive experience in civil engineering and real estate appraisal, currently serving as the Head of the Division of Buildings, Infrastructure, and Resources at Instituto Politécnico de Santarém since November 2019. In addition to this role, António has been a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for both AT - Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira and CMVM since 2009 and 2008, respectively, while also holding a similar certification with Câmara Municipal de Almeirim since 1987. As the director and owner of Aedificandi, Estudos e Projectos, Lda since 1988, António specializes in building and road design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Gestão from ESGS (1997-1999), a Post-Graduation in Urban Studies and Housing from Faculdade de Arquitectura de Lisboa (1986-1987), and a Licentiate degree from ISEL Inst. Superior de Eng. de Lisboa (1979-1982).
