Paula Y. Spears

Paula Y. Spears is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Technical Learning Senior Consultant at CNA Insurance since March 2022. In this role, Paula coordinates the evaluation and enhancement of training resources for the business unit. Previously, as an Independent Consultant in early 2022 and a Sales Enablement & Training Manager at The Mom Project from February to October 2021, Paula developed effective sales documentation and provided onboarding training support. Notably, during a decade-long tenure at Allstate, Paula held several roles including Education Lead Consultant, where responsibilities included managing vendor partnerships and creating impactful educational solutions. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Development Specialist II at the Chicago Transit Authority, focusing on training design for bus and rail operations.
