Fabrice Morenon

Fabrice MORENON serves as the Managing Director at SNCF Hubs & Connexions since March 2019 and also holds the position of French foreign trade advisor with Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France since July 2021. Additional roles include Chair of the Sector - Station Managers Global Group at UIC since February 2021, and prior positions such as Director of Public Affairs and International Development at SNCF Gares & Connexions and Head of Public Affairs at SNCF. Fabrice has an extensive background in public service, having worked as an advisor to the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Parliamentary Relations and Citizen Participation and as project manager and Chief of Staff for the UMP group in Île-de-France. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economics and several master's degrees from Sciences Po and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
