Marco Gutierrez

Marco Gutierrez serves as the CEO of Saturnia Energia, a retail energy provider in Mexico focused on supplying electricity to large industrial consumers, particularly in the automotive and mining sectors. Additionally, Marco is the President of the Smart Cities Commission and Director of Projects for "Pacto Oaxaca" at the Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, representing over 125 industrial chambers and associations. Marco has held various leadership positions at CNEC Mexico, contributing to the advancement of consulting firms in Mexico, and has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate law through roles at NBB Advisors and Gutiérrez Huerta y Asociados. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IPADE Business School and an LLM from McGill University, among other credentials in law and public-private partnerships.
