Cynthia Salinas Cappellano

Cynthia Salinas Cappellano is currently an intern at HBO Max, having previously served as a research assistant at CNN and contributing writer for The Georgia Voice, focusing on intersectional queer politics. Prior experience includes a role as a script coverage intern at The Gotham Group, where Cynthia provided script analyses and supported pre-production content revisions. As a social media coordinator for the Omaha Women's March, planning and creating social media content, and co-organizing youth voter engagement events with NextGen America, Cynthia demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills. Cynthia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and Creative Writing at Emory University, building a solid foundation in both creative and analytical aspects of media.
