Sammy Jones

Sammy Jones is an accomplished producer with extensive experience in broadcast journalism. Since June 2014, Sammy has been a producer at CNN International, also contributing as a writer and segment producer for CNN Headline News' Weekend Express and HLN's MichaeLa. Previous experience includes a producer/editor role at Georgia Public Broadcasting from 2007 to June 2014, overseeing live programming and serving as a line producer and assignment editor for Lawmakers. Sammy began the career as a production intern at Georgia Public Broadcasting in early 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Telecommunication Arts from the University of Georgia.
