Deb Lang

Deb Lang is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in learning and performance management. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Performance at CNO Financial Group, Lang heads a 17-person team responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that includes technical training and leadership development. Previously, Lang held the role of Principal Consultant at Leader Lab Consulting, offering talent management solutions primarily in the STEM sector. With a background at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), Lang played a pivotal role in shaping training and communications strategies, achieving significant media recognition. Lang holds a Master's degree in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and English from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
