Alejandro Avilan Garzon

Alejandro Avilan Garzon is a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNRS since December 2024, with previous experience as a Research Assistant at Ypso-Facto from September 2020 to November 2024, where involvement included a CIFRE PhD in Biotechnology Processes and the development of a bioprocess simulation module. Alejandro also completed an engineering internship focusing on modeling and simulation of bioreactors, analyzing various bioreactor models. Earlier experience includes a Master internship at the Laboratoire Réactions et Génie des Procédés, enhancing the expansion of canine mesenchymal stromal cells in agitated bioreactors. Educational qualifications include a PhD in biotechnological processes from Universite de Lorraine, a Master 2 in process engineering from ENSAIA, a Diplôme d'ingénieur in process engineering from ENSIC, and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in chemical engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
