Sam Turner

Sam Turner is an experienced Data Product Manager at Co-op since June 2020, previously holding the role of Business Intelligence Manager, focusing on enterprise data product ownership across various sectors including Property and Energy. Prior to this, Sam served as Complaint Customer Experience Manager and Collection Strategy Analyst at British Gas from July 2012 to April 2020, specializing in data-driven insights for complex debt portfolios and complaint management. Sam’s analytical skills were further demonstrated as a Senior Data Analyst and Insight Analyst, enhancing team capabilities and reducing complaint handling times. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, along with Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Product Design from two different institutions.
