Ana Dutra

Ana Dutra is an advisor at coaching.com. Ana previously worked as a board director at Carparts from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Korn/ Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting from February 2008 to October 2013. Ana has also held the position of Global Managing Partner at Accenture from January 2004 to December 2008, and Managing Partner - Organization Transformation at Mercer Management Consulting from January 1999 to December 2005.

Ana Dutra attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they earned their MBA in Management and Strategy, International Business, Finance and Marketing. Ana also holds a Masters in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, specializing in Microeconomics. Additionally, Dutra has a Juris Doctor from UERJ in International and Commercial Law, as well as a Bachelor in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, also in Microeconomics.
