Orly Maravankin

Orly Maravankin, Ph.D., PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational strategy. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review since August 2024, Maravankin is also the President and Founder of Edge Consulting, specializing in executive coaching and systemic team coaching since March 2013. Notable roles include executive coaching at CoachSource LLC, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and Consortium for Change, as well as contributing to Forbes Coaches Council. Maravankin's previous experience includes significant leadership positions at GfK, where roles encompassed Global Head of Shopper & Retail Strategy and Executive Vice President of Corporate Innovation and Product Development.
