Samia Kornweibel, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and strategic advisor with extensive experience in leadership development and transformational coaching. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor at bluSPARC™ since May 2020, Kornweibel enhances professionals' growth through personalized coaching and curated learning content. As President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeLens Coaching & Consulting LLC since October 2009, Kornweibel specializes in fostering communication, trust-building, and career growth. Additional roles include Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC and Senior Vice President at Centerstone Executive Search, where Kornweibel leads career transition programs for executives. Former board director of the International Coach Federation Washington State, Kornweibel also brings a solid foundation in executive recruitment from previous positions at Villeneuve Associates Inc. and Manpower.
