Kari Hilder

Kari Hilder, SPHR, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Coaction Global. Previously, Kari held multiple roles at ProSight Specialty Insurance Group Inc, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources. Kari’s career in human resources began at the NFL Alumni Association as a Human Resources Manager, followed by positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rothstein Kass and Human Resources Assistant at PNY Technologies. Kari holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Ramapo College of New Jersey, earned between 2001 and 2005.
