Cara Shumaker

Cara Shumaker, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Since July 2024, Cara has served as the Assistant Controller at Coalesce Capital. Prior to this role, Cara worked at Victory Park Capital Advisors from November 2022 to July 2024, holding the positions of Director and Fund Accountant. Cara began a career at Deloitte, contributing as an Audit & Assurance Senior and Audit & Assurance Staff from December 2020 to November 2022, following an internship at the same firm in summer 2019. Cara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2020.
