The Youth and Workforce Development team at the Coalition for Responsible Community Development focuses on empowering young residents in South Los Angeles through education, job training, and career placement services. By providing comprehensive support, case management, and outreach, the team aims to enhance employability and promote sustainable economic growth for low-income and working-class youth, including those re-entering the community.
