Erik Drake

Erik Drake has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Erik is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Coast of Maine Organic Products, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs from May 2021 to September 2022, and as the COO from October 2016 to April 2021.

Before joining Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs, Erik held the position of Executive Vice President at Late July Organic Snacks from January 2013 to October 2016. Erik also worked at Stonyfield Farm in various roles, including Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales from June 2010 to October 2012. Erik previously served as the Vice President of Marketing and held the positions of Sr. Director and Director of Marketing.

Earlier in their career, Erik worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Assistant Product Director for Aveeno Facial Care from August 2000 to March 2002. Before that, they worked at ENSR Consulting and Engineering (now AECOM) as a Project Manager in Environmental Engineering and Water Resources from August 1993 to August 1998. Erik started their career as a Research Assistant at the National Council of the Pulp and Paper Industry for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) from June 1991 to May 1993.

Erik Drake completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University in the years 1987 to 1991. Erik then pursued a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 1993. Erik went on to attend the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Business/Marketing from 1998 to 2000. Prior to their university education, Erik attended Lexington High School from 1984 to 1987.
