Nate Henke

Nate Henke is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and supervision across multiple high-profile developments. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company for the Tampa Bay Ritz Oaks Phase 2 project, Nate's prior roles include Superintendent positions at Suffolk Construction for The Edition in Tampa and the 46-story 400 Central in St. Petersburg, as well as historic preservation projects at LEMA Construction. Further experience includes leading the construction of luxury residential condos at Plaza Construction, and earlier positions as both Assistant Superintendent and Field Supervisor across various projects, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction management and site operations. Nate holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
