Amber Smalls

Amber Smalls is a seasoned professional in property management, currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since June 2024. Previously, Amber held the same title at Campus Realty Management for a brief period in early 2024. From September 2021 to October 2023, Amber was the Regional Manager at Redstone Residential, and from October 2018 to October 2021, Amber worked as a Traveling Operations Property Specialist and General Manager at Asset Living. Amber's career also includes multiple roles as General Manager at Campus Advantage, Cardinal Group Management, and Asset Living. Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Mississippi State University between 1999 and 2004.
