Jelena Popovic

Jelena Popovic is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Service Delivery at Coates since April 2019, Jelena has previously held the position of IT Operations Manager at Allied Pinnacle from May 2018 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Jelena worked at Unisys Credit Services as the ICT Operations Manager for sixteen years, following a role as Lotus Notes Systems Manager at RAMS Home Loans. Educationally, Jelena holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Western Sydney University, attained between 1990 and 1994.
