Dean Corra

Dean Corra is an experienced quality and operations leader in the manufacturing and boating industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Cobalt Boats since December 2024, Dean has prior experience as Director of Quality & Warranty and Quality Manager at Aviara Boats from August 2022 to December 2024. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at Milsco Manufacturing (March 2021 - August 2022) and Vice President Operations and Plant Manager at Advance Engineering Company (September 2015 - December 2020). Dean's career also includes significant tenure at Johnson Controls as Operations Manager and Engineering/Quality Manager from January 2009 to August 2015.
