Agnese Gerharde

Agnese Gerharde is a qualified attorney with expertise in intellectual property, telecommunications, regulatory matters, and cybersecurity across US and EU jurisdictions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at COBALT Legal since October 2018, Agnese also holds the position of Visiting Lecturer at Riga Graduate School of Law, teaching a master-level course in "Contracts and ICT." Agnese's previous experience includes a Fulbright Scholar role focusing on IP and cybersecurity law, and contributions to privacy education as a Privacy Educator at Fordham Law School.
