Elo Tamm

Elo Tamm is a Partner at COBALT Legal, a prominent alliance of law offices in the Baltics, since May 2015. With over 30 years of experience, COBALT Legal supports clients in both daily corporate matters and multifaceted large-scale projects. Prior to this role, Elo Tamm served as an Associate Partner at LAWIN from 1999 to May 2015, specializing in competition, energy, and EU law, with earlier positions as a Senior Associate and Associate within the same firm. Education includes an LLM in International Business Law with a focus on Competition Law from Central European University, diplomas from Asser Instituut, and an LLB from the University of Tartu, among other academic credentials.
