Kelly Goering

Kelly Goering, PMP, SA, currently serves as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at CoBank since June 2018, where responsibilities include orchestrating Agile processes, managing risks, and directing the Agile Release Train. Previously, Kelly held the position of Director of Program Management at CoBank, overseeing complex Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) programs throughout their lifecycle. As the founder of Evolving Smart, established in October 2017, Kelly promotes civility, connection, and compassion within organizations. Kelly's earlier experience includes roles as Project/Program Manager at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, and Senior Manager in the PMO at Nuvox Communications. Academic credentials include training from The Protocol School of Washington.
