Romina Ivančić Maćešić

Romina Ivančić Maćešić is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as the People and Culture Director for Coca-Cola HBC in the Adria region. Previously, Romina has held significant positions such as Sales Director and HR Director for The HEINEKEN Company in Croatia, as well as Head of Human Resources Management and People Development Manager at Lidl Hrvatska. Additionally, Romina has worked as an HR Systems and Processes Expert and HR People Development Expert at VIPnet d.o.o. Romina is also self-employed as a Business and Leadership Development Consultant. Romina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Zagreb and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
