Dikshant Adhikari

Dikshant Adhikari is a seasoned product manager currently leading key areas of CockroachDB’s SQL engine at Cockroach Labs since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dikshant served as a software engineer at DigitalOcean from September 2020 to August 2022, where significant contributions included addressing over 50% of load balancer-related customer escalations. Earlier experience at IBM® SevOne® Network Performance Management involved designing a scalable network telemetry collector and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Dikshant's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware.
