Mickey Vaca

Mickey Vaca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries, including technology, construction, and hospitality. Currently serving as the Global Technical PMO Manager at Coco Republic since December 2022, Mickey previously founded and co-owned Levels Consulting, where innovative business consulting strategies led to a significant increase in contract sales within the first quarter. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Beautifull, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed strategic growth initiatives, as well as Vice President of Sales and Operations at ANDERSON & MARTELLA, INC., significantly boosting sales during tenure. Mickey has also held senior consultant positions, as well as various managerial roles at HP, where oversight included large-scale program management for the US Marine Corps contract.
