Phillip Solomon

Phillip Solomon is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sales development, fitness instruction, talent acquisition, and education. Currently serving as a Sales Development professional at Cocoon since February 2024, Phillip also holds the position of Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time Inc. since 2021. Prior roles include Sales Development Specialist at Frontline Education, Talent Acquisition Specialist at On Deck, and Talent/Recruiting Associate on the People and Culture Team at Villagers Theatre. Phillip has significant educational experience, having spent over a decade as an English Teacher in the Bridgewater-Raritan School District, where innovative reading and writing curricula were developed for a diverse student body. Phillip began a career in retail as a Visual Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and holds Master’s degrees in Business/Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Secondary Education from Caldwell University.
