Dean Sparks

Dean Sparks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager and Fleet Sales Technician at Code 3, Inc. since September 2021, Dean travels across nine Rocky Mountain states to support law enforcement agencies with the latest vehicle technology for officer safety. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Business Manager at Rocky Mountain Communication Systems, focusing on supply chain and inventory management from April 2013 to September 2021. Dean's law enforcement experience includes serving as Chief Deputy Sheriff at Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, leading human resources and day-to-day operations, and as a Staff Instructor at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy, specializing in firearms and tactical training. An early career included serving as a Deputy - Sergeant at Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and experience in telecommunications as a Service Manager at Business Telecommunication Systems. Dean holds an Automotive Technology degree from Mid-Plains Community College.
