Currently serving as Managing Director at Code Differently since October 2024, Bowman's previous roles include Director of Diversity Talent Acquisition at Capital One and Head of Global Technology Diversity Attraction at JPMorgan Chase & Co. With extensive experience spanning nearly three decades in various capacities, including Software Engineering Manager at Accenture, Bowman's expertise encompasses project management, strategy development, and diversity training. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems from Widener University and a BEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
