Gabrielle Durana is a director at Code For Fun. Gabrielle has also worked as an art dealer at Weinstein Gallery, Inc. and as an artist in residence at Residencia de Estudiantes.
Gabrielle has always been interested in the arts. Gabrielle started their career as an art consultant at Weinstein Gallery, Inc., where they helped place over $3 million worth of paintings with experienced collectors. Gabrielle then went on to work as an artist in residence at the Residencia de Estudiantes, a center for intellectuals from various professions in Spain. While there, they continued to develop their writing skills and establish professional relationships with European and Latin American publishers, poets, and composers.
In their current position as director at Code For Fun, Gabrielle is able to combine their love of the arts with their passion for helping others. Code For Fun is a nonprofit organization that provides after-school programming for underserved youth in the Bay Area. Through Code For Fun, Gabrielle is able to give back to their community and help young people discover their own talents and passions.
Gabrielle Durana has a Diplôme d'Université in Lumières sur l’Univers, Cosmologie et Astrophysique extragalactique from the Observatoire de Paris | PSL. Gabrielle was also awarded a certificate of completion for the "Leadership in the 21st century" Program from Harvard Kennedy School. Gabrielle has a certificate of completion for the Mastering Negotiation program from Harvard Kennedy School and has completed the Governance as Leadership program from Harvard Kennedy School. Gabrielle also has an Art Theirtory degree from Museo del Prado in Madrid, Spain. Gabrielle is an alumna of École Normale Supérieure de Cachan where they studied economics, business, and law.
