Sandrine Pinaud Izzo

Sandrine Pinaud Izzo currently serves as the HR Director for COFCO International, overseeing HR functions for the Headquarters in Switzerland and the EMENA region, supporting approximately 400 employees. Prior to this role, Sandrine held various positions at Bacardi from 2008 to 2023, including Head of Human Resources for Global Operations, where a comprehensive HR strategy was developed to align with the company's long-term business goals. Additionally, Sandrine managed HR for Geneva sites, led organizational transformation in the Middle East & Africa region, and supported global functions as an HR Business Partner. Early in career, Sandrine managed office administration and HR for Restaurant CHAI 33. Sandrine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from EHL, a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Geneva, and completed an Advanced Leadership Program at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
