Claudia Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and quality assurance within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Regional PPAP Coordinator and Program Management at COFICAB Group since January 2019, Claudia focuses on customer satisfaction, program approval, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Prior roles include Regional Quality Specialist at Aptiv Mexico Technical Center and various positions at Delphi, ranging from Customer Service Supervisor to Supply Manager. Claudia holds a degree from Universidad Interamericana del Norte de Chihuahua and has furthered education at Instituto Lingua Franca.
