Amanda Kilpatrick is a highly experienced customer service representative and operations manager. Amanda has worked in a wide range of industries, from hospitality to call centers, and has excelled in every role they have undertaken.

Amanda began their career in customer service with a stint as a receptionist at Visionology. Amanda quickly proved their skills by providing professional and helpful assistance to guests, answering phones, and stocking the office. Amanda was then promoted to Operations Manager at ROI Call Center Solutions, where they led the Audit and Communications Data teams. In this role, they helped teams hit matrixes, answer questions, and find new ways to improve processes.

After a few years of managing operations, Amanda decided to return to their roots in customer service. Amanda took a position as a Customer Service Representative with General Dynamics, where they provided excellent customer service to clients. Amanda then took on the role of Lead Style Advisor at Justice, where they helped customers find the perfect clothes for their needs. Finally, Amanda returned to the hospitality industry with a position as a Line Worker at Cafe Zupas.

Throughout their many years of experience, Amanda has demonstrated their dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Amanda is a skilled communicator and an expert at finding solutions to problems. Amanda is currently working as an Inspection Specialist at CoFi, where they are using their vast knowledge and experience to help ensure that products meet quality standards.
