Trina Balakrishnan

Trina Balakrishnan serves as the Global HR Head for Coforge BPS, overseeing human resources operations across India, the Philippines, the US, and Mexico. Previously, Trina held the position of Director of People Solutions and Head of HR at Concentrix, as well as serving as Head of HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development at AXA. Additional experience includes leading Global Shared Services HR at thyssenkrupp and managing Human Resources for retail, media, consumer products, and telecom sectors at WNS Global Services. Trina earned a Global Career Counsellor degree from UCLA in 2021 and holds a PGDBA in HR from Mumbai University, obtained in 2004.
