Stephanie Vermeer

Stephanie Vermeer is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at COFRA Holding AG since June 2022, where the focus is on driving sustainability and social justice through systemic transitions. Prior to this role, Stephanie accumulated extensive experience at Roland Berger from February 2013 to May 2023, including positions as Director of Strategy and Interim Senior Manager of Strategy and M&A, with a specialization in renewable energy technologies and climate strategies. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at HENQ Invest and a Quantitative Strategist at Robeco, where quantitative models for interest rates and stock returns were developed. Stephanie's academic achievements include an MBA from INSEAD and two master's degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where exceptional performance in Econometrics: Quantitative Finance and Econometrics and Decision Theory was noted.
