Audrey Rehana (Amseli) currently serves as Responsable de projet client at Cogedim since May 2022 and has held the position of Responsable expérience client at SPB Group since May 2012. In these roles, Audrey is responsible for defining and monitoring performance indicators such as NPS, CES, and CSAT, collecting and disseminating customer feedback, analyzing satisfaction survey results, and overseeing qualitative studies. Additionally, Audrey focuses on enhancing customer journeys through the analysis of communication channels and mystery shopper surveys, while promoting a customer-centric culture within the organization.
