Nicolas Chevalier

Nicolas Chevalier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and legal affairs. Currently serving as Directeur du développement at Cogedim since January 2023, Nicolas previously held the position of Directeur de la Stratégie Foncière et du Patrimoine at Ville de Marseille from October 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that role, Nicolas worked at SEGAT from February 2012 to October 2019, initially as Juriste and later as Directeur juridique. Academically, Nicolas holds an LLM in Business Law from Université de Montréal (2008-2010) and a Master 1 in International and European Law from Université Côte d'Azur (2007-2008).
