Thomas WECH is an experienced real estate and land development professional, currently serving as the Responsable du développement Foncier at Cogedim since June 2022. In this role, Thomas focuses on identifying land opportunities in various regions including Mont-Blanc and Faucigny-Glières, while developing partnerships and conducting feasibility studies. Prior experience includes roles at CAPIFRANCE as an Entrepreneur Immobilier/Foncier and at CENTURY 21® as a real estate advisor, where Thomas demonstrated skills in market analysis and client acquisition. A military background from the 27e Brigade d'Infanterie de Montagne includes leadership and management experiences, adding a strong foundation in organization and team dynamics. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Commercial Units from Ipac Bachelor Factory and a DAEU from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
