Caroline Proulx

Caroline Proulx is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in active living and recreation management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Active Living at COGIR Real Estate since December 2023, Caroline has held various regional management roles at Revera Inc. and Chartwell Retirement Residences. Prior to these positions, Caroline contributed to volunteer resources and recreation therapy at Bruyere Continuing Care, along with experience in inflight service training at Air Canada. Caroline's career also includes roles in recreation therapy and management at several healthcare and retirement facilities. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Specialized Recreation with a minor in psychology from the University of Ottawa.
