Howard Dunkley

Howard Dunkley is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Cogir at The Quarry since October 2024, Dunkley has held similar roles at Laurel Parc at Bethany Village from June 2019 to October 2024, Pacifica Senior Living from October 2016 to June 2019, and Brookdale from August 2014 to October 2016. An earlier position as Associate Executive Director at Emeritus spanned from February 2014 to October 2016. Dunkley also founded the Mid-Atlantic Cancer Support Center, Inc., where Dunkley served as Executive Director from April 2005 to March 2013, providing vital assistance to cancer survivors and their families. Dunkley holds a Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
