Phondie Simelane

Phondie Simelane is a Learning Experience Designer at Cognician. Prior to their current position, they served as a Learning Coordinator at Altru Health System from August 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they oversaw EMS courses to improve the performance of healthcare professionals, recruited instructors to provide peer to peer instruction demonstrating experience training and mentoring volunteers, and facilitated general orientation to onboard new hires demonstrating experience generating commitment, excitement and excellence in others.

From January 2015 to July 2016, Ms. Simelane served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota.

Ms. Simelane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota.

Phondie Simelane has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of North Dakota. They also have a Master of Science (MS) in Technology from the University of North Dakota. They are certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) and by the Federal Aviation Administration in Private Pilot Certification.
