Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is an experienced compliance professional and lawyer with a robust background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Currently, Patrick serves as a Director at Mutual Concept Computer Group since March 2013, having held the position of Board Chair from March 2018 to March 2019, and is involved in the Audit and Conduct Review Committee. Since February 2012, Patrick has also been a Director at Nova Mutual Insurance Company, serving on several committees including Investment and Audit. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President Compliance at Sun Life Financial and Compliance Officer at The CUMIS Group, among others.
