Ika Sumaryati

Ika Sumaryati currently serves as a Team Leader at Teleperformance, managing a team of Content Moderators and ensuring high standards of service delivery. In addition, Ika leads a Transcriptionist Team at BUNCH, focusing on transcription accuracy and development of guidelines for team efficiency. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Concentrix, overseeing team performance and client reporting, and teaching positions at Mutiara Bangsa School and Dunia Bahasa ILC. Ika's early career included financial advisory work at PT. Millennium Penata Futures. Ika holds a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta.
