Kim Hanson

Kim Hanson is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in payer solutions and population health management. Currently serving as a Payer Healthcare Delivery Executive at Cognizant, Kim also advises the Women in Leadership Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, promoting the empowerment of female leaders. Formerly the Senior Vice President of Payer Solutions at RethinkFirst, Kim led the successful launch of RethinkFutures, which earned the 2023 MedTech Breakthrough Award for innovative behavioral health solutions. Prior roles at Optum included managing substantial client portfolios and achieving significant growth in revenue and client retention.
