Pooja Desai

Pooja Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in DevOps and software support. Currently serving as a Sr. DevOps Support Engineer at Cognizant since May 2014, Pooja has expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managing servers with Java applications in OpenStack. Previous roles at Cognizant included Sr. Software Support Engineer, where Pooja coordinated between management and technical support teams. Prior experience at itaas, Inc. from April 2006 to April 2014 involved providing Tier 2 support to Fortune 100 clients as a Software Support Engineer and enhancing services as a Software Engineer.
