Sucharita Mukherjee has a solid background in Human Resources, with experience at companies such as Cognizant as HR-TAG, Blinkit as a Human Resources Executive, and UltraTech Cement as a Human Resources Trainee. Mukherjee holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute Of Engineering and Management, completed in 2020, and a post-graduate diploma in labour law and employee relations from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, earned in August 2021.
